Mark Spence
Chief Operating Officer

After a post college career practicing law, Mark joined the family business in 1994.  Mark has held various positions within the company including leadership positions in sales, service and plant and facilities management.

Tim Higdon
Kansas City Regional Manager

Tim leads our Kansas City regional area divisions. Tim has been with Faultless since 1981 and held various positions within the company. Today he oversees all three of our Kansas City operations.

Terry Mason
St. Louis Regional Manager

Terry leads the teams at both healthcare divisions in St. Louis. He has worked 30 years in the laundry industry and been with Faultless Linen since the company began St. Louis operations in 2006.  Terry graduated from Tennessee Wesleyan College.

Katie Witcher
Healthcare Linen General Manager- Kansas City

After graduating from Kansas State University, Katie joined the family business as a service representative for our St. Louis healthcare division, taking care of customer needs. In 2008, Katie was promoted to general manager of our Kansas City healthcare division.

Robert Parker
Healthcare Linen General Manager- St. Louis

In 2003 Robert joined Faultless in Kansas City as a Production Supervisor. Robert later moved to Route Manager, then Service Manager and in 2008 he was promoted to general manager of our St. Louis healthcare division serving specialty practices and surgery centers.

Keith Welsh
General Manager of Peerless Medical Laundry- Kansas City

Keith joined Faultless Linen in 1971, serving in several capacities for the company. He joined Faultless as a route service representative, moving to service manager two years later. Later Keith took on sales responsibilities before taking on the duties of general manager in 1998.
