Faultless Healthcare Linen has three, fully-functional HLAC certified medical linen laundry centers devoted entirely to the processing of medical linen and apparel only - with one in Kansas City, MO; another in Kansas City, KS, and a third in St. Louis, MO.

The Healthcare Laundry Accreditation Council (HLAC) is a non-profit organization formed for the purpose of inspecting and accrediting laundry centers processing healthcare textiles for hospitals, nursing homes, surgical centers, and other medical facilities. Becoming accredited is an entirely voluntary process. The council doesn't have members, but is comprised of a 12-person Board of Directors who serve on a voluntary basis.
