Q: What reports do you provide?
A: Here at Faultless we provide multiple reporting that complies with state and The Joint Commission. We also provide monthly reporting that benchmarks linen utilization. These reports can range from titrations, specific item usage and many more particular linen topics that your facility is looking for.

Q: What items don’t you do?
A: Faultless Linen exclusively works with healthcare facilities and we provide and process healthcare linen only. We do not process items from automotive, food and beverage, or anything outside of the healthcare industry. We take pride in adhering to our thorough healthcare certifications and guidelines.
Q: How can you help me inside my facility?
A: Faultless Linen is proud to provide you with an account manager that brings exclusive healthcare linen experience. The account manager works side by side with staff at your facility. He or she provides reporting, facility tours, linen layout designs, and inventory control. Your account manager is your primary contact and partner in providing excellent linen to you and your patients.
Q: How do you help me manage my inventory?
A: Great question! Working with your account manager at your facility, we can determine what range of services you need. Our recommendations can be setting up a facility inventory, establish par levels for the whole facility and/or new department. We can also provide training to your staff with our unique linen control software called FLICS, and offer an in-service event to bring education and awareness to your staff. The in-service events and FLICS are free to our customers to use as a part of delivering so much more than laundry.
Q: How do I implement a new item in my service?
A: We hope to accommodate all of your needs. Faultless is prepared to go the distance for you, our customer. We ask that you send us a sample and we will test the integrity of the item. If there are some modifications along the way, we will keep you in the loop on the process. After the testing concludes, we will provide a clean and simple report for your facility regarding if the sample passes the strict guideline for industrial healthcare laundering.
Q: What process should we use for notifying Faultless of items being lost?
A: When Faultless receives a lost item, including pocket telemetry monitors and personal belongings, it is quickly identified and brought to your account manager. We treat every item as sensitive belongings, so we make sure to return the item as soon as possible. Your account manager can provide a numerical monthly report to all hospital committee members and nurses for their review on how many items have been returned.
Q: Do you offer scrubs?
A: Faultless Linen has a long and successful practice in processing customer owned goods (aka “COG”) and rental scrubs. We are happy to offer multiple alternatives that fit you specific needs. To find out more- see the SCRUB SOLUTIONS section at our website.
